Return Information
At BRAIDS WIG QUEEN LLC, we want you to feel confident when choosing products from our collection. If you have an issue with an eligible purchase, please contact our customer service team before sending the item back.
Return Period
Return requests should be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Return Requirements
Due to the nature of hair and wig products, returned merchandise must:
- Be unused and unworn.
- Remain in its original condition.
- Not have been cut, colored, washed, styled, or altered.
- Include original packaging and accessories where applicable.
- Be free from makeup, perfume, hair products, or other signs of use.
Items That May Not Be Returned
Returns may not be accepted for:
- Customized or personalized hair products.
- Final-sale merchandise.
- Wigs or hair products that have been worn or altered.
- Products that have been washed, dyed, cut, or restyled.
- Items damaged after delivery through improper handling.
Refund Processing
Once an eligible return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the outcome.
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us with your order information and details of the issue so we can review it.
